The Dukes of Hazzard was a popular prime time TV show in the seventies, featuring The General Lee which was a 1969 Dodge Charger R/T. That model of Dodge Charger became rare as the production crashed so many of them.
The Duke Family consisted of cousins Bo played by John Schneider and Luke portrayed by Tom Wopat, assisted by their cousin Daisy, played by Catherine Bach. Their uncle Jesse was Denver Pyle as they fought the system and exposed the corrupt practices of Hazzard County Commissioner Boss Hogg played by Sorrell Booke and his bumbling brother-in-law-Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane portrayed by James Best.
